You'll get an email to fill in the project brief. We review it, confirm your scope and start date, then we begin.
What do I need to provide?
Product details, approved claims, photos, any brand assets and collaborator access to your store or email platform.
Are software fees included?
No. Shopify plans, apps, domains and email platform subscriptions are paid directly by you.
Can I change the scope?
Yes. Extra work is quoted separately before it starts, so there are no surprises.
